This poem was written by Sherri in memory of her baby boy Brandon, a twin, who died shortly after birth on January 10, 2009 from complications of a collapsed lung.
Angie wrote this poem for one of Carly’s amazing projects, International Babylost Mother’s Day. This reading is dedicated to heartbroken mamas the world over.
International Babylost Mother’s Day is on May 1st. If you know a mother whose child had died, please note the date in your diary and remember to let her know what a beautiful mother she is, even though her baby is no longer in her arms.
